Uncle Walt was Right.


It's a small world after all. 
This is us with Daniel, whose neighbors we were for basically his entire childhood and whose Mom is dog sitting for us right now. After a couple of months in Israel, this young man is bumming around Europe with his giant rucksack and two skateboards. 


We met up in Christiana, close to our apartment, which was an abandoned military base was taken over by hippies in the 70s who squatted there and declared it a free town. There's a skatepark, among other things, and lots of tiny shops selling pot and hash. There are also groups of tourists being lead thru by guides but there is a no photos rule, which we broke just a little. What surprised me was the suits I saw there, getting baked on their lunch hours.
