Third state...

Where I have needed a walk in clinic.

X-rays on both wrists and the right foot showed no current fractures but a likely old one on the right hand that I think I got in Paris last December.
Left with a splint on the left wrist, an ace bandaged right hand and one of those Velcro blue shoes with an unbending sole.

At least it's a rainy day so I don't feel so bad about wasting it in elevateing the foot and ice. And the clinic was in Lexington, so we got to drive by some historic sights and it is a very quaint place. Plus the deli we stopped at for carry out had wicked good chowdah.

But this sure as hell upends the plan for some hiking later in the week.
